No, you don’t. You can make purchases on kindaswimwear.com even without creating an account.
Registering on our website also offers some advantages:

- You will be able to save your shipping address and payment preferences to shop more quickly next time.
No problem! To create a new password, click on “Forgot Password” on your account page. You will receive instructions on how to create a new password via email.
You can make payment using the following methods:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, prepaid). All payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe.
- Bank transfer: include your order number in the payment reference (you can find it at the end of checkout and in your order confirmation email).
Of course! For us, every purchase is a gift!
That’s why we carefully package every order: each swimsuit is wrapped in a satin dust bag and placed in a branded box, also perfect for storing your swimsuit at home.

Shipping timings and costs
Shipping is handled via express courier, here are the delivery timings:
Italy: you will receive your order within 1–2 days from receiving the shipping confirmation email. For islands and remote areas, it may take an additional day.
Europe: you will receive your order within 1–4 days from receiving the shipping confirmation email.
USA: you will receive your order within 3–5 days from receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping is FREE on all orders!
Rest of the world: you will receive your order within 5–10 days from receiving the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping is FREE on all orders! Please note that some countries outside the European Union (for example, the United Kingdom) may apply import duties on goods.
When paying by bank transfer, products will be shipped only after the payment has been confirmed in the company’s bank account. If the transfer is not received within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Yes! At the time of delivery, your presence—or that of a designated person or trusted recipient—is required to receive the package and verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and compliant with standard conditions.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery a second time, then leave a paper or digital notice with instructions to reschedule the delivery, as well as information about the nearest pickup point where you can collect your order. Products will remain at the pickup point for a total of 2 days, during which you must collect the package. After this period, the products will be returned to Kinda 3D Swimwear.
Kinda 3D Swimwear will refund the value of the order, withholding the outbound shipping costs and the costs incurred for returning the products to the company.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery a second time. If no one is present for both delivery attempts, the courier will leave a paper or digital notice with instructions to reschedule the delivery, as well as information about the nearest pickup point where you can collect your order.
The products will remain at the pickup point for a total of 2 days, during which you must collect the package. After this period, the products will be returned to Kinda 3D Swimwear.
Kinda 3D Swimwear will refund the value of the order, withholding the outbound shipping costs and the costs incurred for returning the products to the company.
If, at the time of purchase, you already know that you will not be available to receive the package, please write all delivery instructions for the courier in the “order notes” section at checkout, indicating where to leave the package in your absence (e.g. with a trusted neighbor, at reception, with the concierge, etc.).
Once the courier has picked up your package, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order.

Size exchange, returns, and refunds
Yes, from the moment you receive your order (as confirmed by the courier tracking), you have 14 working days to change your mind and return the products purchased from Kinda 3D Swimwear. For withdrawal procedures, please refer to the Terms & Conditions page, Article 7 – Right of return.
Yes, within 48 hours of receiving the returned products and verifying their condition, we will refund the amount of the returned items, deducting the outbound shipping cost and the sanitation cost of the garment.
Equivalent to €15 for Italy and €35 for the rest of the world.
Return shipping costs and management are on the customer.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing the order. If you chose bank transfer as your payment method, we will need your IBAN in order to process the refund.
In the case of a size/color/model exchange (upon payment of any price difference), we will send you the new item within 24 hours of receiving the return. Return shipping is at your expense.

All our swimsuits are designed and made in Italy. The fabrics we use are 100% Made in Italy and include high-quality microfiber, Lycra, and tulle.
All fabrics we use are STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX certified.
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® ensures that textile products and accessories do not release substances harmful to health and are therefore safe products from both a human and environmental standpoint.
All our fabrics are resistant to creams and oils, sun, salt, and chlorine, and are SPF 50+, making them safe even for use on sensitive skin and children.
We make our swimsuits in super-stretch Lycra and microfiber in sizes S / M / L / XL. We are sure that the right one for you is among them!

All Kinda 3D Swimwear swimsuits are made with precious embellishments and therefore require care and delicacy. For this reason, we recommend hand-washing your swimsuit with mild detergents and letting it dry on a hanger.

All our swimsuits are tested to be worn in saltwater, freshwater, chlorinated water, and thermal water!
We do not recommend prolonged soaking in hot water with dark colors, as they may fade. We recommend rinsing your swimsuit with fresh water after use.
We recommend hanging your Kinda 3D Swimwear swimsuit on a hanger or folding it and storing it in the box it came in. This way, the embellishments will not get flattened or creased. In any case, if they do become wrinkled, simply gently rub the decorations between your hands and they will quickly regain their three-dimensional shape!
